About the Role:

The ELICOS Lecturer will teach students from General English to EAP, facilitating learning through teaching activities, marking assessments, and fostering communication. They collaborate with students, support staff, and educators while reporting to the Course Coordinator, ensuring effective delivery of the program and supporting student progress and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of attendance records and student progression reports, adhering to institutional requirements.
• Ensure 100% compliance with academic policies and procedures, maintaining high educational standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Actively contribute to curriculum development and regular reviews to ensure engaging, informative, and high-quality classroom sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with the Course Coordinator to enhance student engagement, provide mentorship, and facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly to uphold the integrity and excellence of the education provided.
• Increase student participation in discussions by 25% and enhance student satisfaction with personal and academic counselling by 15%.

Qualification:

A minimum recognized bachelor’s degree along with a Certificate IV in TESOL
